Cancellation & Refund Policy

AAIT is committed to providing fair and transparent refund policies for all students. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

Applicant Not Accepted

An applicant not accepted for admission by AAIT is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

Note: Registration and any other admission processing fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Class Cancellation

Students accepted to the Program are eligible for a refund of their admission deposit money if cancellation request is received prior to their first day of classes.

Note: Registration and any other admission fees are non-refundable.

Early Withdrawal

In case of student’s early withdrawal from the program, tuition money will be refunded based on our refund schedule.

Note: Refunds are calculated from the official start date of the term.

Refund Schedule

Refund percentages are based on the completion percentage of the term at the time of withdrawal.

Important Notes

Written Request Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the admissions office. Email submissions are accepted at refunds@aaitschool.com.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date the written cancellation request is received and approved.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card.
Materials & Books: The cost of books, materials, and supplies is non-refundable once issued to the student.
Official Withdrawal Date: The official withdrawal date is the date the student notifies AAIT in writing of their intent to withdraw.
